If any questions that we won't be able to answer during our session, a follow-up email will be sent to you.
POLICY
1. This service is non-refundable. Failure to show up to meetings is not subject to a refund.
2. If you intend to start a project after this session, the consultation fee will be credited against the project fee. A project is defined as 1) R&D formulation project 2) Manufacturing project.
3. Please send reading materials at least (1) business day prior to the meeting. Please refer to the instructions on the booking link.
